#11 Prescott travels to face #6 Greenway

The Prescott Badgers will be in the playoffs for the first time in six seasons, as they will travel to Phoenix to face the Greenway Demons. The last time the Badgers were in the playoffs was in 2012, when Prescott lost at Ironwood Ridge 52-14. The last playoff win for the Badgers was in 2007, when Prescott beat an undefeated Sabino team 34-28. The Badgers went onto lose at Canyon del Oro the following week 34-0.

Looking at the matchup, the common opponents between the two teams this season were Bradshaw Mountain, Deer Valley, and Moon Valley. The Badgers beat Bradshaw Mountain 26-21, Deer Valley 56-7, and Moon Valley 43-0. Greenway lost to Bradshaw 42-20, but beat Deer Valley 21-7, and Moon Valley 29-14. In fact, the only loss this season by the Demons was to the Bradshaw Mountain Bears.
