Red Flag Warning today
With warmer temperatures comes an increased fire danger. A red flag warning is in effect in all of Northern Arizona until 11 tonight. This warning means critical fire conditions are occurring or will happen. Meteorologist Andrew Deemer from the National Weather Service in Phoenix explains the area will experience warm weather and breezy conditions. Deemer says strong winds bring dangerous fire conditions. Deemer adds there’s no immediate relief from the dry conditions anytime soon. Deemer explains cooler temperatures are expected tomorrow before a warming trend returns for the rest of the week.
