Dancing for the Stars: An Evening to Remember
Featured

15 April 2018

It was the social event of the spring. If you missed it, we've got it all here, including video!

Update: And the winners are...

The Judges Award: Elena Sanwick & Daniel Garcia

The People's Award: Michelle Fain and Leo Gallegos

The Mirror Ball Award for the best friendraiser: Michelle Fain, who raised $55,830
2nd highest fundraiser: Elena Sanwick $52,166
3rd highest fundraiser: Jamie Johnson, $44,460

The total raised for this event by the dancers? $250,775.01

The expenses of the event were covered by the supporting sponsors: Lamb Chevrolet, Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott, James Deep Well Ranch and Switch Performing Arts, so all the money raised can be used to directly impact the kids in the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Arizona.

Special Kudos also goes to Barry Barbe, from El Gato Azul for the food at the VIP Red Carpet Reception (see photo gallery below) and Leza Lachapelle Dandos, the Mistress of Ceremonies Extraordinaire of the event.

Of course, the 2018 Dancing for the Stars, which benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona, sold out within just a couple of days of offering tickets.

No worries, you can watch the recording of the evening performance right here from the comfort of your screen, brought to you by Prescott Media Center:
