The Yavapai Silent Witness board of directors met on Tuesday, March 17th for their monthly meeting. The following cases were discussed and rewards offered.

Case #1 was handled by the Prescott Valley PD and PANT. They arrested one person in Prescott on Prescott Valley warrants.

Case #2 was handled by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies in Mayer. They arrested one adult male for possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, and possession of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs and for parole violations. They were able to recover silverware, jewelry, tools and other items from a Mayer area burglary.

Case #3 was handled by the YCSO patrol deputies from the Prescott area. They arrested a man and a woman at their home in the Granite Dells area on drug warrants.

Case #4 was also handled by the YCSO. The Special Crimes Unit arrested a man and a woman in Clarkdale on 5 drug related charges and seized $1,200.00 worth of meth. The charges included possession of dangerous drugs for sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false information to a law enforcement officer and for an out standing warrant.

In the same time period Yavapai Silent Witness received approximately 75 calls to the 1-800 phone number.

A total of $1,200.00 was paid to the 4 successful callers.
