Bump it!
As a result of the initial investigation 39 year old Dalton D. Storebo of Prescott Valley was arrested for the murder of 54 year old Steven G. Ogle. Storebo was initially booked on a charge of 2nd degree murder. Since the initial investigation and arrest the Prescott Valley Police Criminal Investigations Section has continued their investigation into the crime. They conducted several additional interviews and reviewed evidence. Additional information was brought to the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office and the charge was subsequently upgraded to 1st degree murder. The case was presented to a Yavapai County Grand Jury. The Grand Jury returned an indictment for 1st degree murder, aggravated assault and misconduct involving weapons.
