When, what time and how soon aren't known yet, but according to call screener Al Hotchkiss, Steve Blair is returning to the KYCA airwaves. 

Hotchkiss writes, "As announced this morning on the KYCA Morning Report, Steve Blair will return to the KYCA airways. Details are still to be worked out..."

We've been trying to get in touch with Blair, but at this point have had no success.
