Division VI Superior Court Judge Thomas B. Lindberg collapsed in his chambers today, and was transported to YRMC by paramedics early this afternoon.

Judge Lindberg is the presiding judge in the murder trial of Steven DeMocker. DeMocker is accused of murdering his ex-wife, Carol Kennedy.

According to Court Administrator Deborah Schaefer, Chief Superior Court Justice Robert Brutinel addressed the jurors and released them for the day.
