An unknown assailant has stabbed a Prescott shop owner on Whiskey Row this afternoon.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to Yavapai Regional Medical Center, and then flown to a Phoenix hospital.

The unknown male assailant is still on the loose, and is considered armed and dangerous.

He is described as being a white male, scruffy face, approximately 6 foot tall. No age available. Wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, which was pulled over his head.
