Prescott Valley cops are asking for your help in locating Manuel Dera. He is wanted for a vehicular manslaughter that took the life of a Prescott Valley lady on Christmas Eve 1998. Dera was the driver of a vehicle that crashed head-on into a second vehicle killing the 33-year-old lady and injuring other members of her family. Dera fled the scene on foot and was never located. It is believed that Dera is living in Mexico but comes to the United States regularly. It’s time to bring Manuel Dera to justice. He is a 36-year-old Mexican male who is 5'9" and weighs about 160 pounds. He once lived on Pima Dr. in Prescott Valley. Dera also uses the last names, Dera-Baltazar and Baltazar-Dera.

If you have information that leads to the arrest of Manuel Dera of CATCH 22 you could earn a $500.00 cash reward. To earn the reward you must call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 with your information within 90 days of this broadcast.  Remember, you never have to give your name.
