Breaking News: No Mistrial

According to a document released earlier today, it appears that there will be no mistrial in the James A. Ray case.

Here's the reading of the initial ruling:

"ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR MISTRIAL

"The Court having considered the briefing and arguments of counsel,

"IT IS HEREBY ORDERED denying the Defendant's motion for mistrial at this time. The Court is preparing and will provide an expanded written ruling.

"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED trial shall resume at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2011. The jury commissioner is instructed to notify the jurors to appear at that time; the parties are to appear at 8:30 a.m."
