Prescott Valley cops are asking for your help in locating Manuel Dera. He is wanted for a vehicular manslaughter that took the life of a Prescott Valley lady on Christmas Eve 1998. Dera was the driver of a vehicle that crashed head-on into a second vehicle killing a 33 year old lady and injuring other members of her family. Dera fled the scene on foot and was never located. It is believed that Dera is living in Mexico but comes to the United States regularly. It’s time to bring Manuel Dera to justice. He is a 47-year-old Mexican male who is 5/9 and weighs about 160 pounds. He once lived on Pima Dr. in Prescott Valley. Dera also uses the last names, Dera-Baltazar and Baltazar-Dera. 6/17/64
