Prescott cops say that RUTH NELLIE CARDOSO-GOMEZ is wanted for negligent homicide, child abuse and has 2 other warrants for theft. She is a 29 year-old Mexican who is 5/2 and weighs about 110 pounds. Her last known address was in Prescott at 565 Lincoln Ave.
