Wilber Noe Gastelum

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is looking for Wilber Noe Gastelum. He is a 29 year old who is 5/8 and weighs about 160 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes and sometimes wears a mustache.  On September 10, 2010 he was arrested by DPS officers for possession and transportation of heroin across Yavapai County. Later he failed to show up for court on the same charges.

His last known address was in Phoenix on South 31st Ave.

DOB 4/30/1982
