Embry Riddle Eagles Women's Volleyball Has Won 15 of Thier Last 16 Games After Saturday Afternoon Win

PRESCOTT- Discounting a scrimmage loss against Yavapai College Wednesday night, the Embry Riddle Eagles continued their winning ways Saturday afternoon, October 7th, with a 3-1 match victory against Benedictine University at Mesa.

Following a 25-16 win in game one, Benedictine University came back to even the match at 1-1 after a 25-21 victory in game two. However, their luck would stop there as the Eagles came back and out-killed Benedictine University 50-22 in the next two games for the victory.

Jalin Yoder paced the Eagles on offense with 13 kills, while Caylee Robalin added 12 kills and Lyndsey Weiler accumulated 11 kills.

Additionally, Kaitlin Shroll smacked five aces and Audrey Baldwin picked up 38 assists to aid in the victory.

Meanwhile, on defense, Yoder and Megan Riley each had 19 digs.

Considering the loss to Yavapai College does not affect their overall record, the Eagles (18-3, 7-0 CALPAC) have now won fifteen of their last sixteen games and look to keep it rolling at home against the University of Antelope Valley on Friday, October 13th, at 2:00 pm.
