To Whom It May Concern,

Responses to challenges defines personal character and commitment to the very Constitution assuring this Country's freedom. It's individuals who guard the United States Constitution including bureaucrats, Constitutional scholars, soldiers, police officers, teachers, entrepreneurs etc. Defense of the Constitution is the responsibility of every American.

A bloated government has caused the conditions leading to the planned nationwide "TEA PARTY". This redress of collective amoral if not unlawful behavior deserves media center stage. Government at all levels has let the public down abrogating it's managerical responsibility to special interest advocates and has placed millions of Americans in harms way.

Recent police shootings in Pittsburgh and Oakland combined with North Korea's missile launching and the flooding in the Northwest clarifies government's purpose. The court system sanctions repeat criminals in our neighborhoods and on our streets interpreting laws for economic consideration rather than justice.

The Federal Government's bailout of the mortgage and automobile industries exemplifies governments' addiction to and desire for control over other peoples' money and their noxious mentality for it's distribution. There is overwhelming evidence devious and self serving behavior has led to the collapse of certain private entities. This avarice is growing beyond sustainability similarly to municipal development without accountability.

A tax system overhaul ("TEA PARTY") is long overdue.

Sales tax, impact fees, facility and improvement districts, property taxes, broadening the tax base to be equitably inclusive of all consumers etc. needs to be under the microscope for equitability and sustainability. Deliberate fiscally conservative handling of public assets and expenditure will best direct economic solvency.
