TNR is a farce and only creates a place for irresponsible pet owners to dump their pets. TNR is based on PERPETUAL colony maintenance and is nothing more than animal abuse disguised as compassion. Humane euthanasia is always a better choice than reabandoning these poor creatures to languish in a sub-standard colony.
